If by boxy style you mean iPhone 4 then you would have a 3GS, if that's the case you can simply plug it to your computer and update the software to 5.0.1 and MW should work fine. It's going to be hard to tell which one you have by just looking at it but iTunes will tell you what model you have in specific.
I can only access the lounge from the FL app since the upgrade but the rest of my CA app still works for now. I'm afraid to upgrade anything anymore - Twitterpated
