Like the others have said, depends on the season. My home resort is the Grand Californian so booking here isn't too bad if we book 11 months out. If we try to book 6-7 months out there's usually no availability at the Grand. Florida on the other hand has so many DVC resorts it's actually quite "easy" to book a resort. It may not be your first choice but you will generally get a room. I've stayed at Wilderness Lodge and Boardwalk so far. - EpicDio 380.8 #351 7:11AM

Any mw folks ever been to the Disney institute? How was it?

About 11 yrs ago, several gov't agencies sent their employees through the Disney Institute (I work for Dept of Education). I liked it! But then I was a former CM and had the Disney way already ingrained in my head! - Gia 782.1 #118 7:25PM
