I love disneyland. I'm a huge fan. Love love love it. Do you think if I ever made it to the USA again but only visited disney world that I would be disappointed? I would like to go to disney world one day but I'd be scared of missing out on the feel of Disneyland. I'd be scared of paying the extra money to get there due to longer flights and just wish I was home in Disneyland.
I thought I be nice and grab my hubby a coffee from labrea before he woke up. A cm had told my mum to take the stair case near our room in the grand and it will bring us out near the bakery. I took a set of stairs, obviously not the right ones. I was stuck. One door was alarmed, the others locked. I was sweaty nd just a little bit panicked. I had to go through the alarmed door. No alarm. A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
