Today was my first time at Ariel's Grotto for the princess breakfast. It has such exquisite tile work depicting the beautiful mermaid.
You are definitely paying for the experience here. We were a party of 9 (7 adults 2 children) all here for first time. It is family style, rather than buffet. They first brought us two 3 tiered platters of pastries, cheese/coldcuts, and fruit. Then we were brought two large shared platters of roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and bacon. We were also brought two 8 inch waffles cut into 4s. Food is good. The princesses come out and mingle with the guests. We had Jasmine, Belle, Mulan, and Snow White take pictures with us. Ariel greets you as you come in. Prices were nonpeak prices 38.99 for the adults, 19.99 for the children, plus an 18% gratuity placed on top. - Willierose

I love the breakfast there! It's basic bacon, eggs, and sausage with a really good bread/pastry/fruit tray before the main meal. We liked that we didn't need to get up to get more food, like at the buffet breakfasts. - JustCantWait

I got to go with family but I did not eat much cause I was feeling really sick to my stomach wish I could have enjoyed it. But I like the breakfast on main street. Seems like they have more characters come out - alphathedog4

My CM Appreciation :) Today started off with the wonderful CMBaloo giving my family and I a fast pass to use anywhere in the park! Later on in the day, a CM allowed me the opportunity to wake up Jose in the Enchanted Tiki Room! And some CMs gave me a recipe for NOS bignetes and I got a map of the jungle cruise!! 7 days and it's a girls only no kiddo trip to DL! Can't wait although every time we do this I get there and miss my little guys like crazy. Then the guilt sets in about 2 hours after entering the park and then it's all down hill and I spend a ton of money on things for them because I don't bring them. Maybe it's cheaper to just bring them. : )
Just remember that you need some "you" time as well...look at this time as a self repleneshing time and what a happier and better mommy you will be after having spent a great time in a place you love...Happy Parents=Happier Kids :-) - uscdisneyteacher
