Good morning friends… I am so excited!..I'm on week 5 day 3 of the C25K work out so I was having trouble catching up to this interval run so what I did is week 5 day 2...So I day 2 for a week which is a 10 minute interval running... today I started week 5 day 3 which 20 minutes of running ....I didn't think I could do it but guess what...I did!… I'm so excited I just wanted to share this with
