I've been trying unsuccessfully for a year to get hired at Disney, I've resubmitted and edited applications, and I've even been down to the casting place, they just looked over my application and said "we'll get in touch with you if we consider you." any tips from Cast Members how to get noticed?

Maybe you don't have enough experience or maybe your references don't give good recommendations. There obviously is a reason they don't hire you. Maybe they don't need someone in the field you are looking for - ERICKA 491.4 #244 10:50PM

Just wanted to comment... I recently complained about rude (and sometimes awful) cast members at dland, however I go a lot and it is rare that I find a bad seed. I do recognize that some most of the cast members are the nicest people on earth. It just angers me so much when I see someone undeserving of a Disneyland job, because I've been trying like hell for a year to get a job there, and I would More...

If you had Disneyland all to yourself for one day or night, what would you do? I would go through all the CM underground tunnels, look inside Space Mountain with the lights on and sleep soundly in the Princess bedroom next to Club 33, after having dinner there of course :)
