So I'm not one to typically complain, but I am so disappointed in something that just happened. My daughter ordered an iced mocha at Schmoozies and 25+ min later, still no drink. I had ask for my money back and we left with no explanation, no apology and no drink. Again, soooo disappointed in how this was handled. :(

Similar thing happened to me last trip,we ordered 4 strawberry Smoothies paid and waited 20 mind but only got one smoothie and we were in a hurry to get in line for Aladdin so we just got our money back. - dl811 125.0 #2647 5:11PM

That's really unbelievable that they'd do that. I'll give a big shout out to ghirardelli for great customer service. When I went there I order an icecream cone and a salted caramel hot chocolate. While waiting for my stuff they said they didnt have the sea salt for my drink. I asked if they'd refund my drink. Not only did they refund my drink but refunded me the ice cream cone my son ate. - aidensmama 336.5 #445 6:24PM
