I'm currently at Disneyland Resort and the front gates of Disneyland and DCA are requiring people sign their tickets. And on subsequent entries into the park they are requesting photo ID to verify it matches the name signed on the ticket. As others stated its best to get the ticket through official channels.
Don't do it, the only way you know it's legal and legit is if you buy through Disney themselves, or a reputable company like Costco. - BettyPoop

Or military bases if you have access. But only this if the person who has access is going with you. We purchased ours on base but each ticket has the name of the entrant on them. - MousekaNinja
