I have a question for CM's, current and past. What's the best advice you can give to someone who is trying to become a CM? Other than the online application, what can I do to improve my chances of getting hired? I've wanted to be a CM for as long as I can remember and I'm really hoping I get hired soon, thanks!
Smile during your interview(even phone ones, they tell by the tone you use). Know what kind of area you will work as (custodial, attractions, stores, etc). Safety safety safety is huge for Disney.
