This diet is killing me 1 week in. 4 small low calorie/fat meals, no processed foods or sweets. Only drinking water & tea w/ stevia. (Workout twice a day). Already seeing results, so that's good. Not breaking my diet until the 28th, which is the day of my trip to Disneyland from Arizona. Plan on having a "splurge" day at Denny's (on Harbor Blvd) & of course the food in the park.
