Does anyone know if the parks are planning to get more of the Minnie sweatshirts? Are they usually available in adult sizes? My friend wants one and now that I see it, I think I "need" one too. Super cute! I will be heading to DL in late December.

I also have a dairy allergy and the head chef of each restaurant was more than willing to discuss menu options and change butter for olive oil on various items. On one trip, I let dining reservations know about my allergy at the time I was making reservations and the chef from the restaurants called me at home before I even arrived. Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Sillyoldbear I am glad you have been much more successful than I have, perhaps you would be willing to share which restaurants you have been most successful at? I have never been told that I could order soy milk anywhere in the resort before! And Plumie- I wish I could do more of the sit down restaurants but its fiscally not possible :( Lucky Fortune, The Boudin Sourdough place, Hungry Bear and Coke Corner have been the most sucessful quick service places I have found. - tiggertwin

If you go to the food section of MouseWait, click on Disneyland and then scroll until you find Blue Bayou. From there you can click on "menu" and you will see the prices. I would suggest going for lunch rather than dinner. It will save you some money. You can call advanced dining and make the last lunch reservation so it will be later in the afternoon.

I don't really think of BB as "affordable". We ate there this week because we got certificates with our pkg at the Grand ($39 per person value). Our bill was over $100 and while the food is good, it's not spectacular. If I were you, I'd do one of the special WOC dinners at Ariel's Grotto or Wine Country Trattoria. The food at both places is awesome and a deal at $39 inclusive (plus you get the best viewing area for WOC!). - msdizmaui

We took our daughter for the first time when she was 6 months and we had a great time. You can take your son on all rides that don't have a height requirement: pirates, Haunted Mansion, small world, most of the rides in fantasyland, Buzz, Winnie the Pooh, astro orbitor. There are too many to mention them all. There are also lots in California Adventure: Little Mermaid, Monster's Inc, Bugsland, etc More...
