Does anyone know if the parks are planning to get more of the Minnie sweatshirts? Are they usually available in adult sizes? My friend wants one and now that I see it, I think I "need" one too. Super cute! I will be heading to DL in late December.

you're really really lucky to get that Minnie sweater. We're almost sold out of every size in the park - BaseballMickey  9258.0 #14 2:40PM
@baseballmickey_CM which stores in the park carry that sweatshirt..probably wont have it but worth a shot to look tomorrow when I go lol - rhondu72  111.0 #3614 8:34PM
Most stores that sell clothes. Try Clothiers or WOD. I know we only had XS in Frontierland - BaseballMickey  9258.0 #14 8:52PM

I also have a dairy allergy and the head chef of each restaurant was more than willing to discuss menu options and change butter for olive oil on various items. On one trip, I let dining reservations know about my allergy at the time I was making reservations and the chef from the restaurants called me at home before I even arrived. They are very accommodating and helpful. They even offered to hav  More...

what is your allergy? make sure to talk to guest services or something so they can accommodate you and probably do something to give the places you eat at a heads up - Starr  550.3 #445 12:02AM

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Sillyoldbear I am glad you have been much more successful than I have, perhaps you would be willing to share which restaurants you have been most successful at?  I have never been told that I could order soy milk anywhere in the resort before! And Plumie- I wish I could do more of the sit down restaurants but its fiscally not possible :( Lucky Fortune, The Boudin Sourdough place, Hungry Bear and Coke Corner have been the most sucessful quick service places I have found.   - tiggertwin  332.9 #853 6:08PM

If you go to the food section of MouseWait, click on Disneyland and then scroll until you find Blue Bayou. From there you can click on "menu" and you will see the prices. I would suggest going for lunch rather than dinner. It will save you some money. You can call advanced dining and make the last lunch reservation so it will be later in the afternoon.

BB is pricey but so beautiful. - mcarthy6  426.5 #611 9:58PM

I'd do Ariel's Grotto. It's awesome!!! - LaPetiteSirene  400.5 #658 10:01PM
I don't really think of BB as "affordable". We ate there this week because we got certificates with our pkg at the Grand ($39 per person value). Our bill was over $100 and while the food is good, it's not spectacular. If I were you, I'd do one of the special WOC dinners at Ariel's Grotto or Wine Country Trattoria. The food at both places is awesome and a deal at $39 inclusive (plus you get the best viewing area for WOC!). - msdizmaui  1119.7 #203 10:30PM

We took our daughter for the first time when she was 6 months and we had a great time. You can take your son on all rides that don't have a height requirement: pirates, Haunted Mansion, small world, most of the rides in fantasyland, Buzz, Winnie the Pooh, astro orbitor. There are too many to mention them all. There are also lots in California Adventure: Little Mermaid, Monster's Inc, Bugsland, etc  More...

Small World for sure - mcarthy6  426.5 #611 2:00PM

We actually bought two ponchos. One to cover me and the baby and the other to cover the stroller. We were prepared to get SOAKED and I guess the wind was in our favor because we didn't even get a tiny bit damp. I felt a small amount of mist towards the end but that was it. The show was beautiful!!

We like Hampton Inn and Suites. It's about one mile away on Harbor, but they have their own shuttle. Their one bedroom suites have two beds and a sofa as well as a kitchen which makes traveling with a little one easier. The rooms are super clean, free parking, cribs and hot breakfast.
