*Glow with The Show News* Spoke to a very informative CM named Joseph and he gave me a spiel about the ears and AP merchandise. The ears work by receiving wavelengths from various attractions. They will automatically shut off in Dark Attractions such as Haunted Mansion. They so far work with World of Color, Carsland and Mad T Party. For example- When you're by the Cozy Cone they should turn Orange More...

It works at Luigis, Flo's and Mad T Party too. When you pass by Luigis they sync up and go from red to white to green. I hear at T Party they blink to the beats. Dave told me last night that they sync up when you are in Flo's too. - Sandcar13

@jacs1234 the ears are available for purchase by anyone. you can find them at the first giftshop on the left when you enter DCA the past few days there have been CM's with a whole set up for the ears as a way to teach park goers and get them to buy the cool new thing. to let you know how few people are getting them for free, the cm I spoke to did not even know about the glow with the show AP event. so don't worry they'll be there in November. - howdyhowdyhowdy 45.9 #3828 2:47AM

Thanks for your thoughts, BBM! My family and I attended the preview on Monday and, something I'd like to add- the imagineers did a a fantastic job thinking about the visitors' experience. There was SHADE. All the queue areas were well shaded (A/C in Luigi's!). I had stopped to buy a hat on BV street because I forgot mine and thought I would bake over the course of the hot afternoon in Cars Land... But we didn't! Another note on the shops on BVS- they were wonderful! So much merchandise I had never seen! They were spacious and carpeted and the ceilings in the toy shop changed colors! Big thumbs up. My final comment was how friendly and excited all of the CM's I encountered were. I am so excited for them, CA Adventure's future as a park, and our wonderful Disney! - MoonWillow

Something I love about Disney is the fact that even the people who work there get just as excited (if not MORE excited) about new lands/attractions at the parks. I also love that you said you couldn't wait to see how guests would react to the changes! It's kind of like when you take a friend whose never been to Disneyland/DCA and how you're watching them react to what their seeing for the first time. Great review! I hope you get as much joy watching us experience it as WE will undoubtedly get from actually experiencing this new look for DCA! - PumpkinKing

Many changes in DCA: World of Color, Toy Story Midway Mania, and new Little Mermaid . A new dining area on Paradise Pier has really good food! lots of construction walls for new attractions. Disneyland= Star Tours has been refurbished and updated, better & more motion sickness; Space Mountain is Ghost Galaxy for Halloween; Haunted Mansion has a Nightmare Before Christmas; Village Haus and Hungry Bear have new menus, and there's a newer Mexican restaurant by Thunder Mountain. Updated Tiki Room & Jungle Cruise with piranhas. And no more Jolly Trolly ride. It costs $6,000. to get in and 14 to park. Have a Magical time.

I appreciate that quote it is reminder that we need to live, to not allow the stresses to rob us if our zest and joy for life. Lacey seems to have figured out how to do that. What a wonderful tribute to her and the life well lived she has received here from the people she touched. Maybe that's why we all love Disney, it helps give us back the ability to love life and steals us from the life trials we all face at times. I am thankful for this opportunity to have learned a little about Lacey and I hope to remember to live life with the joy and happiness she had for it. - jjdq
