Leaving for Disneyland tonight after work with some friends.. Saturday night we really wanna grab a drink.. what do you all suggest? Cove Bar? Trader Sams? My friends and I haven't been to either and want your suggestions :)

Both are great places to grab a drink. The view from the cove is wonderful, drinks are great, and their shrimp cocktail, lobster nachos, and tri tip sliders are fanatstic. Trader Sam's is awesome in the evening as well, all the tiki torches, live music (Usually), ahi with wontons, great drinks..... you can't lose either way. - madsdad 1120.9 #73 10:09AM

What are the aladdin showtimes for today? I don't see it in hours and events.

Going to Disneyland this week and the 3rd is our 5 yr olds birthday - are there any restaurants in the parks we should eat at that do something special for birthdays? There's 12 people in our party though..

Our favorite restatant is Blue Bayou. Pricey but you can't beat the ambiance. Birthday folks get free dessert. - mcarthy6 426.5 #297 3:47PM

There are a couple character dining experiences that are fun for kids. Goofy's Kitchen in the Disneyland Hotel is fun as is Storytellers in the Grand Californian. - Zooter 1361.7 #58 3:50PM

Check the Disneyland website. They have a section on celebrations. The Plaza Inn has a Birthday celebration with characters or you can just order a personal birthday cake. We'll be celebrating my 3 yr old on 6/19. Good Luck! - Bonedaddy 22.9 #4813 3:57PM

I just did the Birthday Celebration at Plaza Inn a few weekends ago for my son. It was okay and I say that because the only time they have it is at 415pm and my son, who just turned 5, was SUPER tired from the day. He didnt really enjoy it too much. Altho, the best part of it was the Photo Op w Mickey and Minnie with the Birthday Boy....It came w a $52 price tag for the 3 of us to go :( - DannieLand921 30.4 #4343 4:38PM
