We stayed there in August, great price, nice clean modern rooms. It was quiet and there's a great view of the fireworks. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed at the Portofino once. It was very loud, someone was smoking weed on our floor and smoke filled our hall fire alarm went off in the middle of night. We stay at Candy Cane or Hojo.
