I agree with BaseballMickey_CM. I've done Disneyland on crutches after an ankle injury. I didn't get the pass. It wasn't worth it for me. A weeks time to heal is a lot and he may be fine unless it was severe. The pass isn't cutting in line, it's getting in a different line so they can take the time needed to assist a guest with extra needs such as slowing or stopping a ride or a special vehicle etc. Occassionally the line is shorter, but not always.
