I just pulled into the structure and the CM asked how my day was. After I replied I asked him the same question. He was shocked and said that I'm the first person to ask him that today. Reminds me that a small gesture can go a long way. I'm sure the CM get a lot of grief so when you can, smile and ask how their day is going.
