So just starting out today and I didn't eat too bad, except for leftover piece of my birthday cake. I also did an hour on the Wii Fit. I know it isn't much but I don't want to start out too hard and burn out quickly. I'm also looking forward to an early morning walk with my daughter tomorrow too.
Since today is my birthday I've decided to reflect on the past year and see what I need to adjust. The main thing is returning to a workout plan and focus on better eating habits. I'm too old now to take my health for granted.
I have a question about how the World of Color picnic works? We're going next week and I wasn't sure what we're supposed to do or when we have to pick up our stuff. Any information would be much appreciated:0)
