So just starting out today and I didn't eat too bad, except for leftover piece of my birthday cake. I also did an hour on the Wii Fit. I know it isn't much but I don't want to start out too hard and burn out quickly. I'm also looking forward to an early morning walk with my daughter tomorrow too.

Since today is my birthday I've decided to reflect on the past year and see what I need to adjust. The main thing is returning to a workout plan and focus on better eating habits. I'm too old now to take my health for granted.

I have a question about how the World of Color picnic works? We're going next week and I wasn't sure what we're supposed to do or when we have to pick up our stuff. Any information would be much appreciated:0)

you can order it online or call the Disney dining number at (714)-781-DINE (3463) and you can pick it up at DCA at the picnic meal pick up windows.. its comes with a fastpass for a reserved viewing area and you return at the time printed on your Fastpass to the Paradise Park world of color Viewing area - DonaldMissingPants 296.2 #648 11:55PM

You can also pick up your picnic as early as 11am I think and have it for lunch which avoids all those people who get it for dinner and gives you more time to get in line earlier. Even with the fast pass you need to get in line early to get good viewing within your section.
