We are taking a quick trip to the parks Friday and Saturday! I am soooo excited! Did priceline.com choose your price and am paying $30/night for the Extended Stay on Clementine. Has anyone stayed there? I'm a little nervous about it after reading reviews on Yelp.

It wasn't the greatest place ever but I was expecting a lot worse for $30/night. The hallways and lobby smelled like big macs and cigarette smoke and the beds were kinda hard but otherwise no complaints! worked out great for our quick trip! - jimcricketmom 201.2 #1612 7:03PM

Has anyone done any of the time share shpiels to get a discounted hotel room? I just called hojo to get rates to see if we can make a quick trip next weekend and they forwarded me to wyndam. They are offering $199 for three nights at the crowne plaza and once you do the tour they give you a $200 american express gift card. All for listening to a two hour presentation. It seems too good to be true!

Hi everyone! I have what may be a really dumb question. I've been reading that the Halloween fireworks are only for the halloween party attendees. How is that possible? I mean aren't they shot up in the air? I feel dumb! Can somone hel p me out?

It just means on regular nights in the park (non-Halloween party nights) the Haloween fireworks show is not used. The regular fireworks are done those nights. - Mimmy 1405.4 #57 10:32PM

Coolest thing ever just happened! I'm having a yard sale and this older gentleman started telling me how he was one of he original contractors who built disneyland! He worked on Tom Sawyers Island and worked directly with Walt. He was telling me how nice walt was and would always just be dressed in "dungarees". I had chills the whole conversation!
