I have a friend that is a club 33 CM and according to him they just completed their new memberships and the people they were contacting have been on a waiting list since 2005. So I'd say the best thing to do is put your name on the waiting list and wait patiently; and I think it's like $30,000 to join and something like $5,000 annually.

I've done it once and we were picked. We were just standing around up top and then cast never who was the captain that day came downstairs and asked if we wanted to join him. I think you need to have a small group though because the wheel room isn't very big.
