Hi and welcome! RAKs are done in several ways but the most popular are in park RAKS and in app RAKS. With in park RAKS, someone posts that they have an item to give to the first person that finds them and they usually give updates on where they are in the parks. In app RAKS are posted and ask people to add themselves to the post and a person is randomly chosen. Hope that helps :) - VeloMouseGirl

It's fun. Loads of candy. Characters in costume. It's a special event so they kick people out of the park who did not buy the extra ticket. It's fun to do at least once. Okay, maybe twice. π»ππ»

I'm hoping DCA is open PeachKay but I don't know! And I will check out his post madsdad! So are all of the rides still open during it? We're not really the "dressing up" type but maybe we could throw on some mickey ears and pass the candy test? Would we be too silly as adults trick-or-treating without a little one? :p. I'm hoping to get an AP around that time too- first one ever! - stephigo2

Hello and welcome to MW! Β Be sure to acquaint yourself with the FAQs. Β September is a good month. Β You will have kids going back to school after Labor Day so crowds will be lessening, and weather is slightly cooler. Β As for Halloween, the parks will be decorated from Sept 14 onto Oct 31. Β Rides may be down for refurbishing and you will have shorter park hours though. - Willierose

It usually closes early during week but it doesn't matter since most attractions are walk on most of September and October. There might be some refurbishments, you might want to check. Weather is warm, 80s-90s during day and evenings are cool. Sweater cool. I would say its perfect! - MarshaMouse

I usually put any and all items that I don't want to get wet in a Disney plastic bag (since I usually have one from merchandise I've been buying around the parks). If you don't have one ask at the store next to the ride and they'll give you one, then tie the bag super tight and put it in your pocket or hold it. Works everytime for me! - stephigo2
