The carnation cafe has, in my opinion, the best burger at the resort! It's a cheeseburger with bacon and an Ortega chile. On the 30+ years I've been going to Disneyland this is the best burger I've ever had!!!!
Depends on how long you are staying, try to do a park a day and check out the things that aren't at DLR first, however tower of terror is slightly different and a little better, the parks close earlier there so take advantage of the extra magic hours
You can take wheelchairs on the bus, but it might be easier to drop everyone off at the 15 minute parking and then going to park yourself, that way you don't have to load and unload from the bus. Have fun!!!
Well, the Monday and Tuesday after Christmas last year they had to close the gates for while because the park was so crowded, I think rainy days are probably the days with the least amount of people, at least thats what I have seen, if you don't mind a little rain then you will be able to ride most of the rides!
Depends on where you are staying, but for me I would enjoy the pool and the downtown Disney area and get to know the layout of the area and then used the ticket on the day you leave, if you stay at a Disney hotel you can leave your luggage with the bell hop and retrieve it when you are ready to leave
