I feel your pain! I've been post surgery for my ruptured Achilles' tendon. Been off my foot for about a month and now will be taking my cast off on the 20th. Physical therapy comes next afterwards. On the way back to healing and back to the workout grind that I love so much. You'll be fine! Hope you heal as fast as I am. Best of luck to you!
