I tore the ligaments in my ankle about a year ago and I just got over it so I feel your pain. Go to city hall and ask for a Guest assistance card. They are fairly easy to get if you have a serious injury. To be sure, you can always call guest services and ask the process over the phone.

Check the Disney website, call Guest Relations or stop by City Hall for the latest, but generally with a wheelchair or other obvious mobility issue the entire party may approach a CM for special help normally in the form of entering at the exit for a shorter wait - MelodyMouse 943.0 #95 5:29PM

Well said Dave, thanks for posting this. You never know who is on the other end, it could be someone who is younger, someone who just lost a loved one, a person with a learning disability, or someone who has watched the MW story videos and wants to be a part of the community. Just because they don't have the best communication skills and they're not social media savvy doesn't make them a troll. We've had our share of trolls and weirdos over the past 3 years, but they are extremely rare compared to the massive number of legitimate users. MouseWait can't thrive and grow if it's an exclusive club, it needs to be open to all Disney fans who follow the rules. - Admin 7:54AM
