Is it true that if you decide to get an annual pass after you have already bought a park hopper ticket And used it that they will credit you the amount you spent on the park hopper towards your annual pass? True or false?

Is it true that if you save your disneyland tickets (let's say a four day hopper, $168) then decide you want an annual pass that they will credit you what you've paid for your tickets to your ap?
