For a honeymoon, I reccomened the Grand as well. Very beautiful and with a romantic feel :)
I like them both for different reasons. Disneyland hotel has more Disney magic with hidden Mickeys and the decor ties into DL very well. The GCH has a more refined spa-like feel. I loved being in my plush GCH robe having breakfast on the balcony or hosting a WOC viewing party because I had a terrific park view. You really can't go wrong with either. If you are staying for several nights...stay at both! Based on other's opinions, finish with the nicer one! Once on our vacation, I had the same problem and stayed at two places and was very happy. Sorry I can't help you...have not stayed at the resort. Best wishes, so thrilled for you! - verofern

hotel tell them it is your honeymoon
And ask for a fireworks view. You can then set your tv to the fireworks chanel for the music
