go to see the train conductor at the main street station first thing in the morning and ask him for a reservation to ride the Lilly Bell. It's the special caboose built for Walts wife Lilly! They take you all the way around the park and give you a little tour about the trains and things you will see! Super cute and a perfect way to relax! And free!
You can take them to ride in the front car of the monorail. Talking with crush is a kid favorite. Take them across to the play at the pirate lair on tom sawyer islandβ€¦πŸ˜ - Miss-E-Mouse  1357.4 #93 9:58PM
When you get to the park, ask a Cast Member where Alice and Mad Hatter will be that day - they will play musical chairs with them at Coke Corner on Main Street.  Is your nephew into Star Wars? Thanks guys!! I'm with a 2 year old today so it's different then when I go with friends!! How long should u stake a spot out before the parade??
no fireworks today. the parade is at 7pm. i like watching from up by the train station because i am short
- Pixarprincess  539.3 #319 12:31PM
for the future, if you want to do both in the same spot, in front of the tomorrowland entrance is best (as close to the corner towards alice where it turns to go down mainstreet) - Pixarprincess  539.3 #319 12:35PM
I like to watch the parade in that area between AIW restrooms and the Matterhorn. - iFramedRogerRabbit  1957.2 #62 12:33PM

I would say 30-60 before the parade depending on how busy the park is. Today 25-30 is probably plenty. If you can wait till then to eat its nice to grab food and find a bench/curb seat to eat and wait - Pixarprincess  539.3 #319 4:45PM

You did a very good deed and good karma is coming your way! That girl on the other hand...
Thanks for helping the duckie get to their family safely. Yesterday I witnessed a teenage/young adult girl chasing a duckling into Frontierland and then grabbed it! I raced over screaming "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" She gave me attidute asking me why I was getting into her business but I was trying to protect the poor creature and asked how much maturity she had. As I walked away I got called a few choice words but the duckling seemed ok.
- JenInWonderland  1025.6 #143 8:40AM
Good for you! Gotta protect the critters! - Gia  801.8 #190 9:35AM
You did the right thing. I would have done the same thing. People don't understand that as cute as they look and as bad as your want to pick one up and put it on your pocket, you must respect their space. We are the ones invading their home and can't separate them from their family. High 5 from me to you! βœ‹πŸ˜„ - Aurora_2020  260.1 #1121 9:41AM
Oh my gosh! That's awful that someone would chase and then capture a baby duck! :( Good for you for intervening! - BreadAndButterfly  505.3 #358 9:45AM

I once saw a little girl kicking at adult ducks while her parents just sat there! We made comments but I have a feelin there was a language barrier....people disappoint me sometimes.... - KissDclown  1089.3 #132 10:04AM
Yeah the language barrier was idiot vs intelligent. I have instilled in my son to respect them so much. He will yell at other children that chase birds. I wish I had been there. I would have had your back. She thinks she has some choice words. - Lelundrial  461.1 #396 10:07AM
I'm sorry but I must comment here. I would have told her you just killed the baby duck cause the mother will now reject it cause a human touched it!!!! - SUUZinOC  1031.4 #141 10:24AM
@SUUZ ... I was just thinking the EXACT same thing... I hope, hope, hope that this is not that duckling that was touched. The mother will not take it back under her wing if that's the case :( - Aquata  292.3 #847 11:45AM
I can't stand seeing anyone being cruel to animals. I absolutely would have said something, good for you. - DisneyFanZoe  1106.9 #129 12:07PM
Human contact with animals(birds included) does not change if the mother will reject the baby duckling. It has been a myth that people believe. Picking up animals can harm them if handled by people who are not trained. - MrFantasia2000JP  33.6 #5006 12:41PM
The mother should take it back. That old saying where they don't is just an old myth. - Brickbeard  13.2 #7762 12:06PM
With some birds, this might be true. With ducks, it definitely isn't. I used to have pet mallards. They aren't exactly wild animals, though they aren't as domesticated as other ducks. Still, birds like chickens and ducks don't normally reject their young. They'll actually take babies that aren't even theirs. But ducklings definitely don't belong in pockets. - brit_brit  308.1 #753 12:14PM

Add me too please! My friends daughter would love it and she's coming to Disney for the first time in May!
Add me please! So here's my story. Me and my wife go way back to high school and and when we were dating I would always say Ariel was hot and the best looking Disney Princess. When my daughter was born she decided to have her middle name be Ariel. She says that stood out for her. When my daughter met Ariel the first thing she said was "My name is Ariel too" Was the cutest thing ever! Thanks :) - RickChavez  3238.0 #28 10:16AM

OMG, please add me!  My 3 year old would LOVE this dress!  She is Ariel obsessed, has a ton of Ariel dolls, but no Ariel dress.  She has been asking for "Ariel shells" (like Ariel has on in the movie, but I've never seen a costume with them, like this one!  Awesome RAK!  Thanks! - duckchub  525.1 #337 12:46PM
Please add me for RickChavez. I think his daughter would look adorable in this and would live to have this beautiful outfit. Plus Rick post great pictures ;p - NeverlandTink  422.5 #442 12:55PM
Please add me. Here's my story: Hubby & I are high school sweethearts. Saw "The Little Mermaid" together...loved it...wanted to name my future daughter Ariel. Ffwd to love, marriage & baby...named our child after my mom-in-law (who unfortunately was dying from cancer). Back to present day, our 3 yr old now also LOVES Ariel, she tells people that her name is Ariel & will only respond to that name now! Guess I got what I wished for...lol. LONG story short, (sorry) I know she will appreciate the dress as much as I will! Thanks for the awesome RAK! - MissAmericaSings  350.2 #585 5:15PM
