My husband and I are possibly going to Hawaii this fall without the kids. Neither one of us have been before. We want to experience the beauty of Hawaii, snorkel, and visit the volcanoes. We are looking for hotel and island recommendations. Thanks so much!

Oahu is amazing, there's Pearl Harbor and Waikiki and the Dole Plantation. If you end up there I recommend the Paradise Cove Luau, it's a fun experience. Also, take a tour of Ioloni Palace, the only royal residence in the US. Plus, Hawaii 5-O films on Oahu! - CaliGirlNiki 32.6 #4340 12:11AM

Oahu is not my favorite, but there is so much to do like CaliGirl mentioned. Try renting a car and driving up to North Shore....besides the Dole Plantation there's Kualoa Ranch. LOST and a lot of other TV shows and movies were filmed there. You can horseback ride, take a ATV or bus tour...and it's beautiful. There's also the Polynesian Cultural Center which is a fascinating look at the Pacific Island cultures. - Gia 794.2 #122 10:45PM

I can't begin to tell you how much I have enjoyed the Halloween pictures! Since I only make it to DL once a year, I haven't been able to go in October. I am amazed at how cool it is! Thanks to Mousewait I now know, and will plan for next year. Keep the pictures coming! (But I need to actually see the decorations.....anyone know what I mean?)
