You can sit on a bench and have Mickey or Minnie added in DL. Someone already mentioned the balloons one. In DCA they have Stith appearing out of the ground and characters flying above your head in an airplane. At least those were the options last year. Jack and sally will be out starting around 11, if zero does not run away again that makes them a bit late sometimes and you can find them near haunted mansion FP. Also as for characters there is a general guide on the entertainment guide at the entrance. Plus ask any character host they will be happy to help they have the real and most accurate times.
