Over these past couple months, I have been working out! I have tried zumba, but couldn't get the dance moves down and fell down A LOT, yoga, resistance training and cardio kickboxing. I haven't felt this good in a long time and I look so toned! My 5k is the 28th! I'm such a BEAST! Happy exercising! I'll try to post more often :)

Hi Chub :) I haven't posted in a while, but i just wanted to update you on my new workout craze, since i love beastmode workouts. Try ea sports active 2. Trust me, you will burn a sweat and calories! I have lost 4 pounds already and its huge workout. :) 10 at walmart, I believe. Happy exercising :)

Hey Madi!  Sounds great...I worked out for the first time in about two weeks yesterday, and I'm feeling it today.  Gotta get back into the routine.  Work gets really busy in November and I always drop off the radar for a month or two--I'm determined to keep going this year!  So far, I'm doing much better than the last few years.

I jogged from my house to Disneyland, which is about 6 miles! I did take some breaks, but overall, I'm proud that I completed it! However, I did take the bus home lol, I was exhausted!

It's almost my birthday! So, starting tomorrow I'm starting my "workout like a beast" routine. If i do this, i can pig out on my day (and not feel THAT bad about it) I'm excited for the beastmode workouts! lol

Goodbye ugly butt! and hello thunder thighs, monster calves, and a curvy booty! Today marks my two year anniversary of my healthy lifestyle, I have lost a total of 40 pounds! Two years ago I had a very high blood pressure, but now I'm 110/70, which is very good! Just thought I would share with my chub family! Happy exercising

If you guys are like me and cannot run on a treadmill for some reason, try walking on a steep incline. It is an amazing working that works out your lower body. Trust me, after 20 minutes i was sore! Plus it is an amazing cardio workout! Ps. Don't hold on! Moving your arms is also beneficial! Happy exercising! :)

I did this for like 30 minutes, adding an extra incline thing after each minute. The next morning, my lower body hurt so much! My butt hurt! lol! The thing about this is, if your bpm gets too high then you can just lower the incline! - Madi  204.1 #2098 8:07PM

Cerritos is a good one. I'm not sure if things have changed, but it used to me the MSF classes were the ones where you did not have to do the DMV cone ride. You get a learners permit, take the class, return to the DMV with a slip of paper and you got your liscence. - Tom  17078.0 #4 5:49PM

Instead of doing the mud run, as I thought was for sure but apparently not, I will be doing a 5k. Any tips?
