Ok. Ariel's Grotto has some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Over and over again we are neglected by the servers. I understand your busy, but resetting the customers clock to say hi and let us know you'll be right with us; that's not uncommon anywhere else in the park! Maybe our expectations are different but my family had a wonderful experience at Ariel's Grotto. Food was excellent and we had an awesome server. She even gave my mini extra attention because we were celebrating a birthday. We dined inside. Sorry you had a bad experience. - CamEli
