Hi all, back after too long away due to kid medical issues (all fine now). We're going to Tokyo this summer and are working on our plans for TokyoDisney - anyone with any experience or suggestions for us? We're planning on staying at the Miracosta.

I don't have any suggestions for you but I do want to say I'm so jealous of you. Tokyo Disney has all the cutest merchandise and all the characters have different and cuter outfits on than in DL. Hope you have a great time! :) - misseeyore 499.7 #238 9:44PM

Thanks missariel33! The water parades are probably in the 2nd park - DisneySea -w nautical themed lands. The MiraCosta is the only hotel in the world located wholly within a park (inside DisneySea) so we should be able to catch one of the aquatic parades. - Jllybean 10.2 #6680 10:53PM

Story on aol travel this am about 5 dl rides that are no more: submarines, flying saucers (that ended in 1966 - anyone remember it?), mine train through nature s wonderland, skyway and rocket rods. It said the flying saucers will be back in cars land when that opens in 2012
