Just checked into the Paradise Pier Hotel and saw this pic in the lobby. A lot of the conceptual pics became a reality but I wonder why the water attraction shown wasn't one of them...I know there are a lot of knowledgable MWers out there, anyone happen to know the story on this one? GRR is great but it would have been awesome to have another ride to cool off on for nice days like today.

Just left the Paradise Pier trading event. Was able to trade my 4 traders without difficulty at all. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out if you collect pins or vinyls!

Hey traders Noob McNooberson here...just found out I will be going to the parks tomorrow. I was thinking about checking out the trading event at the Paradise Pier. I've never been to one of these. Do you need a ticket? Can you just show up and trade? I've tried googling info but everything is generic, plus it says it's a pin trading event not a vinyl trading night...any info from anyone who's been More...
