I've had a great 10 days. I lost the 2 pounds I gained on the girls cruise (worth it) and lost an additional 1.4 pounds. I'm only 6.6 pounds away from a big milestone, 30 pounds. I'm only 4 pounds away from being the lightest I've been in almost 4 years.
I went on a cruise last week and gained 2 pounds (it was probably the creme brûlée). In the last 10 days, I lost the cruise weight and another .8 pound. I have a 5-8 pound goal loss for this month. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding and I'd like to look nice.

I go back to work in a few weeks. I'm so worried that I'll have emotional breakdowns, because that happens a lot. I have a specialist appointment this week, I hope he can help. I am barely hanging on. In other news, I haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks. Maybe in a few days.
