Happy Tuesday. I carefully considered my goal for today. I want to tell myself "no" and follow through. Such as, no you don't need to eat a bowl of Mac and cheese as a midnight snack, an apple is a better choice. I struggle with that.
I love this idea of a daily goal!! Mine today is to not eat as a comfort over my disappointment about hurting my foot two weeks before the Rock & Roll Half :( - vernswifevickie

So my goal for today is to not give in to my emotions. Long story short, my insurance had some kind if glitch and I can't pick up my Zoloft. I'm out of pills and coming off of them is very dangerous. The pharmacy is trying to get me an emergency supply until its sorted out. I've been out for a few days.

I had that some problem. My doctor gave me Zoloft after littlelost was born for my postpartum and there was a mix up with my refill. It took almost a week to get my pills. Needless to say it was a rough week. - lostgirl7988

I tried to get on here earlier, but I allowed my day to overtake me. My goal was to not work through my break today like I did the rest of the week and get outside and walk. I was thinking about starting a daily goal challenge. The idea is that you can share your daily goal and the results of the goal. Maybe it'll get me thinking and motivated.

Yesterday was my mini's birthday, I took her out to lunch and had a slice of birthday cake. It was a splurge for sure. I'm back on plan today. It's funny how I look forward to the splurges and then regret them. What is it that keeps me doing that.
