Does anyone know qhat the hidden mickey pins for this month/year are. I'm in the park and not sure what to be looking for.

There are several sets (I had to learn them as a Westward Ho CM). They are: the WOC fountains (set of 5), the new Monorails (6), the Debees (6), and the letters of the alphabet (26!).
