Morning everyone! Anyone with a Premier pass who has gone to WDW ever have trouble with getting merchandise discounts? My friend is over there right now & she says most of the cast members have never seen the pass and won't give them discounts.

I don't understand how they have never heard of the pass. Maybe not many people have them but I would think everyone would still be educated on them. - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 7:34AM

They do merch discounts (both times we went we never had a problem with this). They do not offer any discounts on quick service dining. You can purchase "Tables in Wonderland" for discounts on table service meals, but depending on how you and your family eat it may not be worth the investment. It's true that most CMs had never seen our pass before, but once we figured out which discounts we were suppose to get it worked flawlessly. Please note that CA merch discount is 20%, FL will change to 10% tomorrow. So if you're there today buy all the merch you are wanting. Good luck to your friends. - Lola027 444.9 #277 10:13AM

Go to a ticket booth with all people in your party. Hand over all APs. They will put wristbands on and give you a ticket for ears. Line up inside...we waited until 11:00 to line up and ended up in the blue section. When your line starts moving, some CM will take your ear ticket and you will move forward to more CMs handing them out from big bins. You're in! Be ready for jaw dropping awe!
