It's official guys!!!! I am a lead on the Mickeys Soundsational Parade!!!!! Typically I work on backstage with entertainment but now you will see me walking with the parade!!! If you see me please say hi! I'm so excited to start!!!!
Hey everyone! I know I haven't been on in a while but I have some GREAT news! Sometime in the middle of October Cinderella's beautiful gown will have a new look. So keep your eyes out for the lovely princess!!! :)
Today I got to work on the new show Dancing With Disney! I absolutely love how they brought back some very rare characters. If you havent seen it check it out. It's located at Stage 17 in DCA. It's a lot of fun!!!
To all of those who were talking negatively about Mad T Party what do you think of it now that you have actually seen it? Is it really as bad as you thought? I would love to know what everyone thinks of it now
So today I was talking to a fellow coworker here at Disney and she told me she was going to a reunion. Then she tells me that it's for MW! I found out one of the coolest girls at work is Awholenewworld!!!! So cool to be working with a MWer!!
Wow I sure have been MIA for a few weeks. Hope you haven't missed me too much haha! So I finished training on Mickeys Soundsational Parade! it's so amazing and overwhelming to be able to work on a great parade. I feel like I have been gone for much too long but no worries I will be on MW more often. I sure have missed you guys!
I concerned my fear today! I am terrified of horses and today was the first time I ever touched a horse! I'm so proud of myself. I think it was a bit easier for me to do this because I know how big Disney is with people's safety. EEEK I can't believe I did it guys :)
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
