I don't like posts like these. He's a CM not a model in a play girl calendar. These kinds of posts make people seek these CMs out and get them in trouble.

I think we have to be nice to a point, welcoming to a point, but when the same posts keep happening, or snarky comments are made over and over, we need to call them out, maybe as nice as we can, but they still have to be told to read the faqs, and help them fix what is wrong.
