Pulled out some old books because of Eyvind Earle's birthday and remembered meeting him for the first time at a gallery show of his personal work about 24 years ago. He was extremely nice and signed a book I had. An amazing talent who's work was and inspiration to me as an artist. Happy Birthday Eyvind Earle!

WALL•E come to life - from earlier today at the Disneyana show. He was really impressive (beautifully detailed) and funny when he interacted with the crowd. I didn't talk to the person controlling him but I hope he finds his way to the parks!
