My sister & niece are in the downtown Disney crowd, are they allowing people to leave or is she stuck there?

Thanks for the info glad to hear if she wanted to leave dtd she could. She was hanging out in the hotel lobby & they just announced that they would be opening in 10minutes so she said they were headed back to get in line to enter. But reading other posts does this sound like correct info? Someone said an officer told them 4-5hours? - amylove33 3.9 #13925 10:36AM
