U can use a fastpass any time after the earliest time listed as long as it is the same day ... and u can have an unlimited number at once as long as the earliest time listed on each has passed... also if u go when the parks open the fastpass return times r usually only like 30 or 40 min so start early and by like 12 u can usually have a fastpass for every fastpass attraction to use later in the afternoon when its really busy and return times are a couple hours - likethewindbullseye  187.5 #1779 1:02PM

I looked but did not notice many changes, except it seemed like there were more animals (mainly the singing geese). I noticed things MISSING, like Br'er Rabbit no longer has honey trails on his paws when stuck in the hive. And when he's on the handcar overhead, the car doesn't move.
