How crowded do you think the park will be tomorrow? My daughter's school is closed, so it's one of the days I can get out there early in the morning.
Does the app store data to try and predict crowds yet?
How crowded for the next 2 weeks?
We have the CA Select AP and want to GI again before the blackout months. We made the mistake of going on the last day last year (way crowded). I would like to see Star Tours and Little Mermaid, but I'm worried about the crowd after the holiday weekend?
On the way from the Garage to the front gate you pass by a large chain link fence covered in the green net/fabric with a plant or vine pattern on it. It's on the left side of the tram road.
Does anyone have any idea where I can find the fabric, or what it might be called? I've seen a similar fabric before at a couple parks around So-Cal and I'l like to cover up some of my ugly chain link fence. More...
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
