Love going to disneyland as much as possible with my daughter, husband - or anyone that wants to go! My husband is a CM and loves working at such a fun place. We have been ap's since our daughter was born.
Question - a friends daughter is asking someone to sadies and wanted to bring a sign to dland and wanted to give it to a character to hold up. I know the sign can only be so big but can anyone point me in the right direction? My husband works for dland so you think I could ask him but he's at a training right now. Any help and info is appreciated! Thank you!
My husband is doing the flag retreat ceremony today for the first time! I wish I was there to see it - if anyone can take a picture for me, it would be so appreciated. Hope he's not too nervous. I pray he does well!
Hello everyone! I am new to mousewait and wanted to say hello! Love Disney and all of the wonderful memories made from visiting the parks. I love looking at all the pictures people post on this site and hope to join in on the fun! My husband recently became a cast member so we are just immersed in Disney fun over here.
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
