There are lockers next to the ride that are free for one hour that you can use

The park closes for everyone that has an ap or regular day ticket in the evening and only those that have a party ticket are allowed to be in, but with the party ticket I think you can get into the park a couple hours before the party starts

If you get the Halloween party ticket you are only allowed in Disneyland. You are able to enter park 3 hours before the party starts. I never went to the dca one but last year was the best experience I've had at disney. Short lines and you got to dress up! - JenInWonderland

No the tickets prices for the daytime guests are all regular price but the Halloween tickets are less than a regular ticket

I went last year and they made everyone that had party tickets check in and get a wristband so they could tell you apart from day guests and we're asking the day guests to leave when they noticed no wristband. No problem glad to help
