I don't believe she intended for the child to be in it. She was only trying to prove her celebrity sighting with a picture of the celebrity and her child just so happened to be in it. So this is the same case here. With that said I respectfully disagree with your opinion. Hey, we all have the rights to our opinions.... I personally feel that any child should have the parents permission before posting pictures of them on any forum. Sure, there may be thousands of pics of these kids already, but don't they deserve privacy despite the fact their parents are celebs? I doubt Halle's daughter has signed up herself for acting classes. Can't we let little kids grow up and be kids without shoving cameras in their faces? Just makes me wonder how many of us would like it if we saw kids of our pics on the Internet taken from every angle, while eating, having their diaper changed, picking their nose, etc. If OUR child were splashed all over the Internet without our permission, would we still feel that people were entitled to do this? I agree. Other mouse waiters have posted pictures of celebrities with there children in the lounge and none of them were asked to crop the child out.
