Just a question for the MW family. The anniversary of both the passing of my brother-in-law and sister is coming up. He was a captain in the US Navy and taught at the Naval Academy in Annapolis. My oldest niece was born in the hospital there. Would it be inappropriate for me to honor him on his passing by participating in the flag ceremony on Main St? I just don't know.

Finally completed and delivered my retirement forms to my school district and submitted my forms to the state. I can't wait until the June 13th to embark on a new career either here or in Colorado.

I could use some advice from one of our special MW cast members. I will be retiring from my school district in June and want to find part time employment. Since the last time I applied for a job at Disneyland (yes back then there was only Disneyland), how has the process changed?

I'm not sure how it has changed, so maybe CMBaloo can help. The application is done online and if successful you will receive an online interview and then a face to face interview. The online interview focuses on what you would do in certain situations and checks to see how you would fit in with the company. Per OCRegister, Disney is changing the age policy at the parks. Guests under the age of 14 will now have to be accompanied by an adult. No more parents dropping youngsters with AP's off at the parks with no supervision.

Just a reminder to all those who plan on going to the parks today that there are local school districts with today as a holiday. It might be more crowded than a normal Monday. I know that I am going because I have the day off.

What holiday are they giving them? I know tomorrow is a court holiday, but I don't get the day off. Then for my son's school, they are getting a four day weekend for president's day. - Lelundrial 339.6 #430 8:45AM
