Yes, Many locations. First stop may be First Aid on main street. If not, go to either the Adventureland Bazaar. Its at the first register in front of the Tiki Room. If they don't have it, go to Frontierland. Its at both registers in Pioneer Mercantile. Two tablets, one package, is going to cost you $2.12. :) - BaseballMickey_CM

And since we've all wandered everywhere and still not addressed the question let me see if I can shed some light on it. First off, Mary Poppins and Bert are not originally Disney characters but characters licensed by Disney. Second, it wasn't until after George Lucas retained the 'likeness' right of characters in the Star Wars saga from Fox that the idea of actors maintaining their own likeness rights really took off. So Disney would not owe Julie Andrews or Dick Van Dyke anything as Disney retained the rights to the character likeness and the performers did not. Now, I don't know any of this to be fact, but it is my best guess at the answer. - BlueberryCrusader
