I would imagine Costco could access when you purchased these tickets because dont they swipe your membership card when making a purchase? If so, they could print it out for you and compare it to the first day the tickets were used. That way it would be easier to settle your issue. Call the Costco you purchased the tickets from & ask to speak to the warehouse manager. They should take care of you especially since you have the info from Disney. The tickets sold at Costco came directly from Disney, not another source. We have a side by side double stroller and bought it specifically for DL. It's not anymore difficult to maneuver or get around in the crowds then single strollers and we take turns pushing which is nice. I get exhausted pushing by myself the entire day!

Use whatever stroller is most comfortable for you and your kids. Personally, I'm too tall to push an umbrella stroller and my daughter couldn't recline to sleep...plus there was a huge lack of storage. - Linzee 515.4 #227 9:13PM

Agreed, this happens a lot during holidays when lots of people are going to the parks or are planning trips and there is an in flood of new users. Some stick around some wont but we shouldn't try to run them off!

Well said Dave, thanks for posting this. You never know who is on the other end, it could be someone who is younger, someone who just lost a loved one, a person with a learning disability, or someone who has watched the MW story videos and wants to be a part of the community. Just because they don't have the best communication skills and they're not social media savvy doesn't make them a troll. We've had our share of trolls and weirdos over the past 3 years, but they are extremely rare compared to the massive number of legitimate users. MouseWait can't thrive and grow if it's an exclusive club, it needs to be open to all Disney fans who follow the rules. - Admin 7:54AM
