Another 1.6 loss - but that includes last week as I forgot to weigh (got up at 5:30 for the Color Run!).  Just shy of 25 lbs total for the year, but at only 5 lbs a month, I'm in this for another 3 months to lose the remaining 15 lbs!  Time to step up the exercise!  How's everyone else doing?

It was actually like a giant walk-a-thon.  Ours was sold out - they claim 5,000 people and I'd say 95% walked the whole way.  I went with my son and DIL - none of us are runners.  We would jog until one of us would yell "Walk".  It was fun! - msdizmaui  566.1 #272 10:24PM

Day 7 with the Vertigo, and first time in a week that I walked Pono in the park.  Still have the dizziness, but it's sort of "controllable" at this point (although I will admit that I fell over when I bent down to pick up poop!).  Going back to work tomorrow (tried on Saturday but only lasted 2 hrs).  May even try the elliptical in the morning!  Hope everyone has a great week!

sorry just saw this but it reminded me a pastor was talking about vertigo, his friend had it and the doctor told him to  sleep sitting up all night, and the next day the vertigo was gone.  so hopefully you won't get it again but if you do, I hope this works.:) - secretagentangel  1160.1 #100 1:59AM

Down 1.6 this week (total 23 lbs ytd).  Not as much as I would have liked, but at least I broke the "1 lb" curse! Vertigo is a little better today - I'm going to try to actually exercise a little (my legs miss the daily walk!).  How's everyone else doing?

Day 3 of having Vertigo.  I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!  Anyone know of any exercises (to get those crystal things back in the right place in my ear) that work!?!  This is absolutely nuts...just make it go away!

3rd week in a row that my loss is exactly 1 lb! (and its been 6 weeks since I lost 2+ lbs!).  I did do the elliptical 3 x's, but admit to a couple of hiccups like going out to dinner last Sunday.  This week I'll try staying EXACTLY on plan and keeping up with the exercise. I really need to get out of this 1 lb slump!

I sort of blew it yesterday - my son and I went to see Frozen, which led to theater popcorn, which led to Sun Chips and a bunch of little sugar cookies at night.  I've decided that I need to have some kind of release one day a week.  But, that's probably slowing down the loss!   - msdizmaui  566.1 #272 1:20PM

In the past, I have found that a little "cheat" every week actually helps me body keep losing. I think sometimes if you eat about the same number of calories every single day, your body just adjusts to only burning that amount of calories. If you throw a few extra in every so often, it keeps your body from getting used to a specific amount. - D55CR  249.8 #1186 4:36PM

I did my elliptical for 20 min. tonight, and 20 min on Monday.  I made a promise to myself that I'll do it for 20 min, 3 x's this week.  After I've done that, I'll try for 30 min each time.  If this helps get me lose more than 1 lb each week, I'm afraid that I'll have to keep doing it..hahaha.

I read about people getting to ride BTMRR, but not much about how it is.  What's different?  Was it better/worse/the same?  I'm dying to hear all about it!

I sort of gave myself a "free" day yesterday.  I still kind of stayed on plan - my splurge was going out to dinner and having a cocktail AND ate the rolls/butter (they're SO good at this restaurant).  Back to eating Jenny today!

Well my magic SlimQuick gummies didn't help me lose 3 x's the weight this week.  Only down 1.2 lbs.  I SO wanted to lose at least 2 so I'd be at 20 lbs total for the year...oh well...next week! (at least the gummies taste good!)

Has anyone tried these? Supposedly women are supposed to lose 3x's more weight when dieting and exercising than without them. I got them today so I'll let you know!

Down just 1.4 this week.  Yes I know that any loss is good, but I do miss the Honeymoon stage when it was 2-4 lbs down every week!  Still, down 18.2 since the first of the year...22 more to go!

I actually got on my elliptical 2 days in a row...a new record!  I think the Olympics have made a difference (I can pretend that I'm cross-country skiing!).

Down 4 lbs this week...that's 12.6 for the month so far!  So funny - I lose 12 lbs and think "now I can wear this, and this", but of course I can't...I still have 30 to go!  Nonetheless, it feels great to be on my way...

I messed up this week and gained 2oz.  Might not seem like a lot, but I'm supposed to lose! Looking back tho, I've been mixing up my diets. Like I ate dry roasted p'nuts which were an ok protein on Yoli...but I'm not on Yoli!  Talked to the Jenny consultant and I'm back on track.  Bought Jicama, cauliflower and celery for snacks...AND got back on my elliptical for the first time in   More...

WEEKEND WEIGH-IN! (vs. Wednesday)?!?  Down 3.6 lbs today.  Total of 8.8 since the 1st (of course that first week is always the best!).  Starting to hit my stride, diet-wise, but know that I'm going to have to start the dreaded exercise soon!  How's everyone else's new year going?
