So...the good news is that nothing is broken. It's all bruising and soft tissue injury. He said its similar to the sprain that happens when you twist and roll your ankle...except its my toe. They buddy taped it and gave me a boot to wear. He said no running at all for at least a week and then I can MAYBE start back at about 10% of what I usually do and work up from there. So, no Rock & Roll :( But it should heal with no lasting damage. It sure does hurt...lol - vernswifevickie

Ate Jenny breakfast bar on the plane, then was fortunate to go with the person that was supposed to order the lunches so I got to get a salad for myself. The hardest part was the after "drinks and pu-pus" - just had one glass of wine and only a few bite More...
